Common questions
Will the copy definitely come down?
The company that registered the domain or hosts the site decides. We make sure your request reaches the right abuse desk with the evidence attached, and we follow up after 3 and 7 days while the site is still online.
Who do you send the requests to?
To the companies that can switch the copy off: the shop platform it runs on, the payment provider that takes its money and the hosting provider behind it, and after a few days the domain registrar and registry. We find them for you and send the requests on your behalf. A few, like Shopify, only take a report from the brand owner: we prepare those so you send them in one click. Replies go straight to you.
Do you call the other site a scam?
No. We describe what we found: when the domain was registered, that it shows your name or takes orders. The platform, payment provider or host decides what to do. Every report says it is an automated assessment, not a legal conclusion.
What does the free scan cost me?
