CheckBiz.eu is provided by AddonNordic ApS, registered in Denmark (CVR 46495985).

CheckBiz.eu is a business-guidance trust tool — not a credit bureau and not AML/KYC compliance software. Reports are generated from public data and third-party screening sources. Recommendations are framed as suggestions (“consider…”); the decision to enter into a business relationship is yours. Reports must not be used as the sole basis for legally mandated compliance processes, credit decisioning or legal documentation.

A purchased report reflects the public data available at the moment it was generated, and remains accessible for 30 days from purchase. Refunds are handled case-by-case in the event of a technical failure — write to contact@addonnordic.dk.

We make reasonable efforts to keep sources accurate and available, but registries publish with delays and occasional errors; the service is provided as-is. Danish law applies.

Brand Watch

Brand Watch is a monthly subscription for businesses (Starter €39, Pro €79, excluding VAT). It renews every month until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and the subscription then ends at the close of the period you have paid for. You may only watch brands and domains that you own or are authorised to protect.

Findings are an automated assessment, not a legal conclusion. When you ask us to send takedown requests, you confirm that you own or represent the brand and authorise us to send the requests in your name to the shop platform, payment provider, hosting provider, registrar and registry of the website you report, and to follow up. Where one of them only accepts a report from the brand owner, we prepare it and you send it yourself. Those companies decide what to do; we cannot guarantee that a website is removed. Our reports describe what we observed and never state that another website is a fraud.

Merchant Check

Merchant Check is an API and MCP tool for developers of shopping agents. Each key includes 100 free lookups a month; lookup packs (€10 for 150 lookups, excluding VAT) are paid in advance, do not expire and are used only after the month’s free lookups. Packs are not refunded once lookups have been used, except in the event of a technical failure.

An answer is evidence from public registers and the shop’s public website at the moment of the check, with its sources. It is not a guarantee, not a statement that a shop is or is not trustworthy, and not a compliance (KYC/AML) check. The decision to buy from a shop is yours or your user’s. Do not use the service to overload other websites or to resell the raw data in bulk; we may suspend keys that do.
