CheckBiz.eu is provided by AddonNordic ApS, registered in Denmark (CVR 46495985).

CheckBiz.eu is a business-guidance trust tool — not a credit bureau and not AML/KYC compliance software. Reports are generated from public data and third-party screening sources. Recommendations are framed as suggestions (“consider…”); the decision to enter into a business relationship is yours. Reports must not be used as the sole basis for legally mandated compliance processes, credit decisioning or legal documentation.

A purchased report reflects the public data available at the moment it was generated, and remains accessible for 30 days from purchase. Refunds are handled case-by-case in the event of a technical failure — write to contact@addonnordic.dk.

We make reasonable efforts to keep sources accurate and available, but registries publish with delays and occasional errors; the service is provided as-is. Danish law applies.
